- Which are my chances in getting a job through your Company?
We are an equal opportunity employer. The main criteria used in assessing our candidates’ profiles are the applicant’s achieved level of professionalism and educational background. Ultimately, we are not looking for a pre-established pattern, or “recipe of success”. We evaluate each case individually and wholly, keeping in mind we are not only looking for qualified candidates, but also for those that can best integrate into a certain work environment that also matches the applicant’s career expectation and that motivates him.
- What are the advantages in getting a job through IMRA Group?
Our recruitment experts will guide you through the recruitment process and give you an accurate appraisal on how to improve your resume to match the employer’s ideal candidate profile. Secondly, in searching for a job, a candidate will find IMRA to be a “port of entry” to a world-wide network of employers and on-going projects, and also to be a much more powerful tool when negotiating with potential employers. In making a placement decision, we are keeping in mind your professional motivations. By making sure the assignment matches your expectations, IMRA avoids undesired work-flow interruptions, thus increasing the overall efficiency and profitability.
- What are your rates for the candidates?
The Registration Procedure with our Company's projects is Free of Charge. Even though, there are few cases when the Client / Employer does not cover the cost associated with the recruitment process. In this case we will charge the candidates a single time fee (Recruitment Placement Fee or File's Processing Fee). This fee can be paid up-front or after the first rotation / worked month. Those candidates that will not be interested in these projects will be automatically redirected to the projects where there is no payment involved on their side. However, in most cases the final Employer/Client pays the recruitment costs.

The detailed registration process is described for all new applicants on the Free Registration Procedure page. Please keep in mind that a detailed resume in English along with a passport size picture will suffice in order to submit your application to recruitment@imra.ro .
